  6. What are you studying? Business Administration (international concentration)
  7. Why is education important to you? It is the key of the world and will help me help my country and all the nations of Africa.
  8. How did you meet Dr. Carter and Mr. Carter? Mr. Carter asked me for help in moving while I was walking past from McDonalds.
  9. What type of support did you receive from Carter Scholars Inc.? They bought me my laptop to use for my studies, and they also provided me with food and a jacket.
  10. Why was the support important? I need all the help I can get as I devote my focus to school and my fellow students.
  11. As you know, donations from Dr. Carter, Mr. Carter and their family and friends made it possible for Carter Scholars to assist you. Do you have a thank-you message you would like to share with them? I would thank Mr. Carter for asking me for help, and now he is the one who is helping me.  I would thank Dr. Carter for being a nice person with an open mind and greatness of generosity for others which was a big surprise for me when I simply gave them help in moving.
The nonprofit organization provides financial assistance to elementary school, middle school, high school and college students who live in Virginia, North Carolina and Pennsylvania (states in which the Carters have lived).
