Kevin and Linnie Carter, natives of Norfolk, Va., are the proud founders of Carter Scholars Inc. Mr. Carter is a warehouse manager, professional driver and owner of a tractor-trailer. His wife, Dr. Carter, is a community college administrator and business owner. The couple lives in Virginia and Pennsylvania and enjoys spending time with their family and friends.
